Earlier this month I predicted that YourMarketingMavens.com would double the traffic for March from the month before. I was off by 1%. By midnight last night the number of unique visits to my website had almost doubled from February.

In this post here where I spoke about traffic, I also mentioned that I didn’t know if I’d join the Chamber of Commerce because I hadn’t done any advertising so far and things were going so well. I ate my words for breakfast this morning as I re-read what I wrote.

Am I ever glad I joined the Charlottetown Chamber of Commerce! I’m a sucker for a promotion… I was hoping I’d win the $7500 advertising package. AND I DID!!!

Below, in my statistics page on the back- end of my website, in the second column on the left hand side, on the first line is the traffic from last month. Next to it - for March with the percentage, 99%. You can click on the image to enlarge.

So, at the risk of revealing obsessive compulsive behavior, I have to admit that at 11:50pm last night I was begging people on Facebook and online to visit my site to get 100% but ended up being satisfied with 99% and had a good night’s sleep.
