More good times were had in Victoria-by-the-Sea this past weekend at Chef Stephen Hunter’s beautiful inn and restaurant, the Victoria Village Inn.

Laura Lee Howard and a gang of friends came out for an Italian dinner which included wild mushroom risotto, pork loin wrapped in prosciutto stuffed with chevre and poached pears with mascarpone for dessert.

I served and had a blast.

If I keep up these types of posts, I think I’m going to have to start a personal blog.

On Wednesday afternoon I had a meeting with my friend and repeat client at her lovely home. She is my new 5th client in less than two weeks, I’m happy to report. Read more »

My blog posts have been fewer and further between for a number of reasons. Mainly, I have a number of clients now and am working with them on doing what I did for myself in terms of setting up a blog, then website and a whole professional presence. It’s fun.
