More good times were had in Victoria-by-the-Sea this past weekend at Chef Stephen Hunter’s beautiful inn and restaurant, the Victoria Village Inn.
Laura Lee Howard and a gang of friends came out for an Italian dinner which included wild mushroom risotto, pork loin wrapped in prosciutto stuffed with chevre and poached pears with mascarpone for dessert.
I served and had a blast.

My blog posts have been fewer and further between for a number of reasons. Mainly, I have a number of clients now and am working with them on doing what I did for myself in terms of setting up a blog, then website and a whole professional presence. It’s fun.
Design, tag-lines, market research, keywords, business cards, brochures, dinner parties, networking, writing, PowerPoint presentations, speeches, editing, etc. This is my life these days. Read more »
